About the Role: We are seeking experienced customer support specialists focused on providing high-quality service to Enterprise-level Customers (Healthcare Facilities). You'll be responsible for owning and resolving client issues, ensuring prompt, tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve escalated queries from business customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues.
- Ensure all customer interactions are tracked, and issues are resolved within SLAs.
- Provide professional, empathetic service, especially during high-stakes situations.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-4+ years of specialized customer support experience (B2B preferred, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software).
- Proven experience managing escalations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Experience achieving high CSAT (>90%) and QA scores in B2B environments.
- Ability to handle 30+ calls and 15+ emails daily, focusing on resolution and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with SLA management and complex issue resolution.
