We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to provide first-level technical assistance. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Executing and resolving simple support tickets.
- Delivering accurate responses to user inquiries.
- Identifying and documenting recurring issues.
- Contributing to the knowledge base.
- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, IT Systems, or related fields.
- Fluent level of English.
- A tech-savvy mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of web platforms and online applications.
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting, digital ecosystems, or cloud-based applications.
- Previous experience in remote work environments or international support teams.
- Experience or interest in Digital Content Management, Learning Platforms, or Library Systems.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- English level B2
