Roadie is seeking a CX Content Specialist to develop, organize, and maintain high-quality internal and external content.
Responsibilities:
- Create and refine CX content.
- Audit Salesforce content for accuracy.
- Translate process maps into clear guides.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams.
- Work with the Legal team for content approvals.
- Prioritize content requests.
- Develop and maintain CX team macros.
- Manage internal communications.
- Optimize the knowledge base’s search experience.
- Provide updates to CX Enablement leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content development.
- Experience with content management systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Tenacity for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to produce searchable content.
- Self-starter.
