Full-Time D365 F&O Support Analyst II

Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform, partnering with the HelpDesk.
• Handles user setup, profiles, and roles.
• Troubleshoots, logs, tracks, and resolves system issues.
• Manages ticket queues and provides call support, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization of business system issues.
• Manages, tracks, and resolves reported issues, seeking supervisor guidance when needed.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of business systems and their interactions to identify and analyze problems.
• Collaborates with Corporate Systems team on authorizations and system configurations.
• Creates documentation for business scenarios, processes, and procedures.
• Identifies opportunities for platform efficiency improvement, usability enhancements, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintains platform documentation and assists with user training.
• Identifies roadblocks, develops solutions, and achieves successful outcomes.
• Maintains professional-level English fluency.
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Possesses strong understanding of finance and project-based business processes and experience with finance and accounting teams.
• Maintains a stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Applies analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, planning and leading initiatives independently.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exhibits excellent collaboration, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills for analyzing and resolving business system problems, providing required documentation.

• Demonstrates attention to detail and double-checks processes and information for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and technical experience
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Certification
• Preferred: Experience working in professional services organizations (PSOs)
• Plus: ServiceNow experience
