Full-Time Data Analysis Team/Tech Lead

Role description: As the Data Analysis Team/Tech Lead, define metrics to track team performance, optimize request execution time, and streamline data management processes. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, implementing advanced data science solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

1. Execute data strategies and analytical best practices to drive insights that support revenue growth and operational optimization.
2. Lead the design of new data-driven applications, select appropriate technologies, and approve technical solutions.
3. Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment, adherence to guidelines, and implementation of quality controls.
4. Oversee data governance, privacy, and compliance, performing quality checks on data integrity and adherence to data standards.
5. Implement advanced data science and machine learning solutions, analyze campaign data, and offer optimization insights.
6. Act as a data analysis expert in client meetings, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.
7. Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and develop individual growth plans with regular skill assessments.
8. Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor team workflows, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous workflow improvements.
9. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Identify and resolve technical issues early, assist developers, and foster ongoing technical learning.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in Data Analysis: 4-5 years in leadership roles, proven ability to address complex challenges and develop customized solutions.
• Data Modeling and Visualization: strong expertise in data modeling and data visualization design, Power Query/DAX.
• Data Management and Preparation: proficiency in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
• SQL and Database Proficiency: advanced knowledge of SQL for database management, AWS Athena / Azure Data Exporter.
• Programming and Automation with Python: proficient in Python, automation, and data science tasks.
• Power BI Administration and Reporting: expertise in Power BI report creation, deployment, and workspace management.
• Data Integration and API Management: skilled in integrating third-party APIs and managing data flow.
• Advanced Excel Skills: deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, complex functions, data analysis tools, and modeling.
• Client Interaction and Collaboration: effective at collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• Critical and Logical Thinking: strong logical and critical thinking skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Ukrainian: a plus
