Full-Time Data Analyst - Customer Data Management

Role Description

• Manage and resolve data-related cases in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain the integrity of customer, partner, and account master data across systems.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand data improvement areas.
• Document data management processes and procedures.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and critical data elements.
• Deliver recommendations for business process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and handle escalations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and define new processes.
• Proactive data analysis in conjunction with business needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience in business data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/CRM applications, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce.com.
• Strong knowledge of Customer MDM and integration processes.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions.

Skills:

• Good office software skills (Excel, Access, Visio, PPT).
• Knowledge of data cleansing and standardization tools.
• Exposure to building playbooks, SOPs, and KPIs.
