Data Analytics Engineer will be employed through our Employer of Record partner.
Location: Remote - India
Schedule: Working hours should allow for 4-5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.

Position Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Engineer with a solid engineering background to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving data analytics initiatives using modern tools like Databricks, Tableau, and cloud-based data platforms. You will transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
What you will do:
- Execute end-to-end data analytics projects independently.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows using Databricks (Python/SQL/Spark).
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Clean, transform, and model data from various sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Optimize and automate reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.
- Stay updated with latest analytics tools and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
- Proven expertise in Databricks (Spark, Python, SQL).
- Strong proficiency in Tableau (dashboards, calculations, data storytelling).
- Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of additional BI tools (Power BI or Looker).
- Familiarity with machine learning and MLOps (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
