About the role: We're looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of Data Analysts supporting customers in financial difficulty. You'll work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to drive data-driven insights and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Data Analysts
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists
- Champion data use and bring ideas to life through analysis
- Improve support for customers in financial difficulty
- Ensure operational processes are well-controlled and regulatory requirements are met
- Build a discipline of exceptional Data Analysts
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators
- Build and maintain controls for business processes
- Work on data accuracy and efficiency improvements
- Generate insights for the Financial Health strategy
- Define long-term team strategy and roadmaps
- Advise on global expansion strategy
Skills: Strong data leadership and experience managing teams, experience with executive-level peers, familiarity with various data analysis tools, strategic thinking.
