Full-Time Data Analytics Manager

Data Analytics Manager role at Pepper, a DTC bra brand. Fast-growing company, looking for a highly analytical and proactive Data Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards in PowerBI, providing timely and reliable performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analyses (e.g., predictive LTV models, cohort retention forecasts, promotional ROI analyses).
• Support performance marketing and omni-channel strategy by partnering with Marketing leadership.
• Present clear and concise insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Design and enhance data infrastructure using best practices.
• Manage and troubleshoot ELT processes for seamless data integration.
• Develop and manage a data dictionary.
• Develop data roadmaps, driving ownership and maintenance of team-specific KPIs.
• Educate and train teams on data-driven decision-making best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• 3+ years experience at a fast-growing e-commerce company (retail, apparel, or consumer products).
• Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central reporting.
• Advanced SQL, Python, and data visualization tool proficiency (PowerBI, Tableau or Looker).
• Proficiency in managing ELT processes (Airbyte, Fivetran, Snowflake).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Self-starter with project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment.
