Full-Time Data Insights & Analyst

As a Data Insights & Analyst, you will support our three victim services and play a key role in our central governance team.

• You’ll take the lead on data collection, reporting, and analysis, helping us demonstrate the effectiveness of our services.
• You’ll maintain high-quality data standards through training and support for frontline staff.
• You will manage and integrate data from multiple sources, and create actionable insights that shape service development and strategy.
• Produce regular reports and PowerBI dashboards to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Work alongside our Performance & Compliance Manager, Evidence & Insights team, and other key stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in data analysis using established methodologies
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, DAX
• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
