Job Details
As the Head of Data Integration Operations North America, the candidate will lead the technical and strategic execution of data integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales & Business Development: Lead technical sales initiatives, collaborate with sales teams, and drive adoption of Bosch data integration technologies.
- Partnership Management: Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
- Project Management: Oversee customer and internal projects.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, optimize resource allocation, and establish performance expectations.
- Strategic Contribution & Execution: Contribute to defining the strategic vision and drive execution of the data integration strategy.
- Operations & Performance Management: Oversee operational aspects, establish metrics, and identify areas for process improvement.
Required:
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Computer Science or similar degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Integration
- At least 3 years' of experience in consultative selling and upselling
- At least 3 years' experience in logistics horizontal platform deployment
- Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
