Restaurant365 is seeking a Revenue Operations Data Intelligence Engineer to be the strategic owner and architect of TAM/SAM monitoring, territory intelligence, and AI-powered automation. You will ensure technologies are properly set up, integrated, and optimized.
How you'll add value:
- Data Integration & Tool Management: Manage technologies supporting initiatives (e.g., Salesforce, BI platforms, ZoomInfo).
- TAM, SAM & Territory Intelligence: Monitor and refine Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Sales Addressable Market (SAM) models using AI technology and data.
- Data Hygiene & Automation: Improve data integrity across systems; administer RingLead (or similar tools).
- AI Leadership & Adoption: Champion the evaluation and deployment of AI tools for RevOps and GTM enablement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights: Partner with teams to build dashboards and reports that accelerate decision-making.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 4-6+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales/Marketing Operations within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical foundation: Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, Salesforce reporting expertise, and familiarity with BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM technology stack.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data integration, TAM/SAM monitoring, and data hygiene initiatives using AI technology and data.
