As a Data Management Consultant, you'll play a key role with our clients. You'll develop strategies to maximize their data value and advise on data management.
You'll collaborate directly with both our team of consultants and your clients, working together to identify the organization's data needs and translate them into understandable and workable solutions. You'll be involved in all phases of the project, from specifying the request to ensuring the solution is successfully implemented within the organization.
- Gather information needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze and model existing data landscapes, data sources, and data flows.
- Develop ETL processes to access, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Design and implement scalable data models and database structures.
- Build data pipelines for analytics and machine learning applications.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and advisory reports.
- Test and optimize data processes and solutions.
- Contribute to workshops and training to support the implementation of data platforms.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience in data management and digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of data-driven processes, data governance, and data quality.
- Experience with master data management and developing data architectures.
- Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to coach and guide others.
- Creative mindset, enabling you to devise innovative solutions for complex issues.
- Experience modeling complex business issues.
