Full-Time Data Practice Lead

About the Role: We seek a visionary and results-driven solutions leader for our Data Practice to expand data capabilities across Data Architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Product Information Management (PIM) to boost revenue.

This role demands a seasoned professional with 20+ years experience in digital transformation, including 10+ years focused on enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture.

Top 5 Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue in pre-sales via technical and consulting expertise, solution demos, and proposal development.
2. Design and architect end-to-end data solutions using best-in-class MDM, CRM, PIM, and data architecture technologies.
3. Define and execute GTM strategies for data-centric solutions, focusing on Data Architecture, MDM, CRM, and PIM.
4. Build and mentor a high-performing data expert team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
5. Expand data management, analytics, and governance capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities with expertise, demos, and proposals
• Drive data solutions deals, enabling organic and inorganic growth
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
• Equip sales teams with tools, templates, and training
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients

Solution Development:

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging MDM, CRM, PIM, and data technology platforms
• Develop innovative offerings aligning with market trends
• Collaborate to develop integrated data solutions for business outcomes

Go-to-Market (GTM) Propositions:

• Define and execute GTM strategies for data solutions
• Identify market opportunities, develop value propositions, and position the organization as a leader
• Partner with sales and marketing for demand generation

Capability Building:

• Expand organization expertise in data, MDM, CRM, PIM, and cloud architectures
• Develop a roadmap for technical and functional expertise within McFadyen Digital
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency and quality
• Integrate AI-driven data capabilities into solutions

People Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation
• Define career paths and training programs to upskill the team
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration

Delivery Enablement and Support:

• Ensure successful delivery of data projects by providing oversight, guidance, and escalation management
• Work closely with delivery teams to align with client expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

Strategic and Executive Consulting:

• Provide strategic consulting to C-level executives
• Advise clients on leveraging data technologies
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Thought Leadership:

• Represent the organization as a thought leader
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in MDM, CRM, PIM, and data governance
• Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and technologies

Top 5 Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, focusing on data architecture, governance, and management
• 15+ years of hands-on experience with MDM, CRM, PIM, data lakes, cloud platforms, and enterprise data strategies
• Experience with PIM platforms (Stibo and/or Akeneo preferred)
• Proven track record of building and scaling data management practices
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, GTM strategy, and pre-sales activities
