About the Role: Position: Full-time / Employee
Location: Remote-first

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth? This role demands hands-on experience, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Growth to identify business questions, translating them into data requirements and actionable frameworks.
- Own Growth/Data initiatives, delivering insights that drive measurable outcomes.
- Design and execute experiments using statistical methods to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and implement attribution models (including multi-touch attribution) and determine optimal attribution windows.
- Calculate and optimize channel-level CACs and other key metrics.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing clear insights into Growth performance and opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Growth measurement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Deep understanding of attribution modeling and metrics (CAC, LTV, churn).
- Proficiency in designing experiments and applying statistical methods.
- Expertise in SQL and Python.
- Experience with modern warehousing solutions (BigQuery or Snowflake).
- Familiarity with platforms like Adjust, CleverTap, Funnel, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Clear and concise communication of complex technical topics.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with telco, MNOs & MNVOs.
