We’re looking for a Data Systems Analyst to ensure Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy.
You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, designing and governing how data flows through our systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own Data Reliability: Validate and maintain the consistency of event data.
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with software engineering teams.
- Governance and Scalable Tracking: Define event naming conventions.
- Diagnose and Fix Issues: Investigate discrepancies between systems.
- Enable Business Insights: Partner with data analysts and stakeholders.
Skills We Love
- 3+ years working in analytics, marketing analytics, or data operations roles.
- Solid understanding of event-based tracking and behavioural data models.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with tools such as Heap, LaunchDarkly, Braze, or similar.
- Excellent communicator who can clearly explain data logic to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Naturally organised, detail-driven, and proactive in maintaining data quality and documentation.
