We’re seeking a driven Deal Desk Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Operations team. In this role, you’ll support deal and commercial terms structuring for complex deals (both SMB and Enterprise level), acting as a key liaison between sales and cross-functional teams such as sales, finance and operations. A portion of this role will focus on contract harmonization initiatives following our recent acquisition, ensuring seamless integration. You’ll help scale our Deal Desk Function into a documented, efficient program as our business grows.
The key responsibilities will revolve around cross functional management, operational excellence, and strategic planning, but the initial focus will be on improving our internal procedures that support the sales process.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration; Math or Statistics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science
- 2-5 years of experience in a deal desk, contracts, legal, sales operations, or revenue role; software/SaaS/subscription experience a plus
- Basic understanding of GAAP & IFRS revenue recognition principles
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong logic and analytical abilities
- Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task
- Familiarity with Salesforce
