Full-Time Dean, Academic Affairs (Nursing)

• Accountable for academic strategy execution, student success, NCLEX pass rates, graduation rates.
• Provide oversight for BSN program delivery, ensuring curricular and program outcomes.
• Lead the development of a cohesive campus academic team.
• Drive the implementation of the institution's philosophy through teaching and service.
• Plan and design faculty workloads.
• Assess and evaluate candidates responsible for delivering the BSN program.
• Ensure academic leadership creates orientation & onboarding plans.
• Oversee faculty schedules/workload and compliance qualifications.
• Develop plans for projects and goals with extended support teams.
• Ensure local academic teams access course assessment data.
• Demonstrate leadership for strategy development and action plans.
• Create a plan for FCAC participation and reporting.
• Collaborate in the development of annual budgets.
• Serve as a resource, mentor, and policy interpreter.
• Initiate leadership in the development of new programs.
• Represent Chamberlain University to professional groups.
• Empower a positive environment for faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; act as liaison between agencies and college teams.
• Serve as program director for the state board of nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
