Focus: High-quality written content (long and short form) on the BIO protocol and DeSci.
Requirements: Background in science, life sciences, or technical communications; ability to distill complex concepts into engaging content; creative, strategic thinking; tailored content for various platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, BIO blog).
Content Creation & Design:
- Create educational materials, articles, visuals, multimedia, memes, graphics, explainers, etc.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, and accessible to both scientific audiences and the general public.
Strategic Planning:
- Implement comprehensive content plan.
- Collaborate with partner DAOs.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and engage social media (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor social media, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions.
Outreach & Insights:
- Engage with community members to gather insights.
- Utilize data-driven approaches for messaging and engagement.
Performance & Growth:
- Track key performance metrics.
- Analyze community feedback to improve strategies.
Influencer Recruitment:
- Identify and align with high-profile influencers.
- Partner with influencers for co-promotion.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of social media management experience (general crypto, DeFi, web3, ideally DeSci).
- Plus: background in science communications.
- Passion for blockchain and life sciences applications.
- Exceptional copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
