Responsibilities:

1. Development of electrical components (Alternators, 12V converters, BMS…) throughout all phases of development.
2. Evaluating supplier offers during RFQ by managing component technical specifications, component risk plan, risk mitigation, project timing, and reviewing technical proposal documents (mechanical, hardware, software) from suppliers with internal departments.
3. Managing calibration activities in PLM (from reference creation to delivery to the plant).
4. Managing issues and change requests during ECU development and working with the supplier to resolve them.
5. Managing specifications in DOORS/PLM and compliance matrix.
6. Following validation activities by checking with the validation team software maturity and verifying bugs to fix them.
7. Managing planning activities.
8. Managing project documentation, reports, and periodical presentations to different stakeholders.
9. Managing various tasks with several stakeholders (suppliers, service providers, backend responsible, validation team, etc.) with a common goal of delivering a product that meets client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• DRE knowledge
• Power electronics (DC/DC | IC/DC | fuel cell) knowledge
