Full-Time Devops et Supervision Back / Front

Consultant role to design, implement, and test new product features.

Participate in technical product specifications and define customer-requested changes.

Participate in technology choices, technical debt reduction, and bug fixes.

Participate in architectural evolution and service level reliability improvement.

Ensure the reliability and security of microservice deliveries (CI/CD) and their Kubernetes deployment.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and robustness by applying best practices (XP, Code Review, Pair Programming, TDD, etc.).

Implement or enhance application and service monitoring.

Participate in team agile rituals and customer support workshops.

Propose ideas for product evolution and strategy.

Participate in maintaining product operational readiness (infra/system) to achieve operational excellence.

Team on-call participation approximately once every 5-6 weeks.

Demonstrate DevOps and Craftsmanship culture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Experience: 4-5 years

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java developer/DevOps engineer
• Spring Boot
• TDD or BDD
• Craftsmanship (required)
• Ansible, Terraform
• Cloud Providers (Azure/GCP)
• Understanding of cloud concepts/DevOps
• Agile culture
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI (required)
• Kubernetes administration (required)
• Good knowledge of REST and Microservices architectures, and Docker (required)
• Knowledge of supervision products (desirable)

Technical Environment:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
