Full-Time Digital Copywriter

Digital Copywriter is a key contributor to Montu's high-performing B2C Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-converting copy for performance campaigns.
• Create website copy and landing page content focused on UX, CRO, and clarity.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with product, growth, performance marketing, design, and lifecycle teams.
• Craft persuasive, benefit-led product copy highlighting USPs and technical details.
• Embrace AI tools for increased speed and output.
• Create in-depth, long-form content for organic visibility.
• Develop consistent, on-brand messaging across marketing channels.
• Synthesize patient insights to shape messaging.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, and announcements.
• Deliver on individual and departmental OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience writing digital-first, conversion-focused copy.
• Proven experience crafting UX copy.
• Portfolio demonstrating strength in short and long-form copy, website, and CRO writing.
• Experience with performance campaigns, eDMs, social media, websites, and blogs.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools.
• Creativity and storytelling prowess, adaptability.
• Deep understanding of content performance metrics and testing frameworks.
• Experience in a health or regulated environment (beneficial).
