Contractor Digital Project Manager

Happy Cog is seeking a Contract Digital Project Manager to join our remote team. You will lead projects from kick-off to completion, managing existing retainer accounts and new short-term projects.

Contract Details:

• Term: Approximately four months (extendable)
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP, ideally before November 1st
• End Date: EOM February 2026
• Location: 100% remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple digital projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal project teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development on project scope.
• Manage project budgets and provide status updates.
• Communicate project timelines to internal teams and clients.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Manage change requests.
• Identify and communicate risks.
• Coordinate with QA leads for client review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing digital design and development projects.
• Understanding of project management processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects.

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency in G Suite
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Competitive contract rate commensurate with experience.
