Full-Time Director, Business Insights

Iterable is a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform. It helps brands create dynamic, individualized experiences at scale.

Impact: As a Director on the Business Insights team, lead a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers. Develop and execute data-driven strategies for various departments (sales, marketing, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategy through data.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around KPIs and reporting.
• Establish and refine business processes, data governance, and operational cadences.
• Lead data warehouse development and evaluation.
• Design and produce analytics solutions (reports, dashboards).
• Surface competency gaps and develop plans to address them.
• Develop processes and monitoring for data documentation.
• Communicate strategic goals and tactical benefits of data.
• Design scalable tools and frameworks to monitor business health and drive efficiency.
• Drive long-term success of the Business Insights team through data literacy programs.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams.
• Understanding of Business Insights tool infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of tech company GTM, Product, and People data.
• Experience with tools like Sigma, Hightouch, and Snowflake.
• Ability to foresee department and company-level data needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong growth mindset and ability to lead through change.

Bonus Points: Expertise in SaaS company key metrics, implementing Sigma, dbt, and Snowflake; building/scaling a BI function; data modeling, data pipelines, and process automation; analytics strategy; communication to senior leadership.
