Full-Time Director, FP&A Planning & Business Support

We are looking for a Director, FP&A and Business Support to join our growing team! In this role, you will spearhead all planning, forecasting, and strategic analytics activities for our expanding operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of a new organization, providing insightful analysis to drive business performance, and establishing robust financial processes from the ground up.

This leadership position offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial excellence and strategic growth as we develop the nation’s premier fiber-optic network.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic analysis and insights to support executive decision-making
• Develop and implement financial models and analyses to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and business plans

Business Group Performance Reporting, Analysis & Support:

• Compile and analyze financial information to produce accurate and insightful reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive reporting
• Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Support the Residential, Business and Operations teams providing analysis, insights into results and recommendations

Financial Systems and Processes:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust financial models
• Implement and oversee financial systems
• Continuously improve financial processes

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, track financial performance
• Ensure timely reporting of business group results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business strategies

External Economic Analysis:

• Analyze external economic conditions
• Provide strategic recommendations
