Director, IT G&A Business Partner will build strong partnerships across G&A functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Sourcing, and Corporate Communications). This role will understand departmental needs to ensure technology solutions align with business strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with G&A teams to understand needs, identify process and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with all levels of G&A teams to develop and execute IT strategies, prioritize technology roadmaps to support business objectives.
- Establish shared vision on solutions with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and addressing trade-offs.
- Manage system initiatives for complex, large-scale projects.
- Facilitate smooth transitions as G&A technology platforms evolve, providing training and support.
- Track and report on IT initiative performance, recommend improvements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure security and reliability.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to G&A and enterprise applications.
- Partner with Enterprise Architect to streamline data flow between G&A systems.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10-15 years in technology services/support, pharma/life sciences experience preferred.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving change in G&A domains.
- Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, HCM/HRIS, ITSM).
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP, GDPR/CCPA). Understanding of IT governance and compliance (ITIL).

Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- IT G&A experience in the pharma industry.
- Relevant experience/certification in enterprise applications (Oracle ERP, Workday, payroll, etc.).
- Enterprise data management and analytics experience (desirable).
