Full-Time Director- IT Services

• Lead and develop the IT service desk and infrastructure team by providing direction, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
• Define and implement the IT infrastructure strategy to support Sobi's business objectives and growth in North America.
• Partner, co-design and manage robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to deliver infrastructure and integration services.
• Lead the integration of IT infrastructure and systems during mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP, FDA, and EU guidelines, for IT infrastructure and data systems.
• Oversee the implementation and support of A/V and networking technology at Waltham and Morrisville office locations.

• 15+ years of experience with a solid understanding of cloud-based IT infrastructure and workplace services. Hands on Azure experience a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare industry is required.
• Proven experience in designing and managing IT infrastructure in a rapidly growing organization.
• Strong technical background in service desk, cloud infrastructure, and information security operations.
• Experience in post-acquisition technology integration.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated success working as a business partner in a matrix organization.
• Experience working at an international company that leverages core global IT services.
