Full-Time Director of Controls Engineering

• Manage and contribute to engineering efforts.
• Coordinate with Project Management, After Sales, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Assign projects to Project Engineers.
• Support simulation efforts.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for integrator and end-user engineering teams.
• Review technical documentation and create approval drawings.
• Provide information for order processing.
• Support project design and production.
• Process change orders and communicate cost variances.
• Collaborate with Electrical Controls and Software Engineering.
• Support Site Managers on technical issues.
• Provide project documentation.
• Visit job sites for measurements and inspections.
• Stay informed about industry trends.
• Prepare reports on ROI and project status.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Multiple years of management experience in material handling.
• Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).
• Skills in mechanical and robotic system design.
• Problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information.
• Willingness to travel (15-20%).
