We are seeking a Director of Data Analytics & Modeling to advance our data analytics and product platform. This role involves designing and implementing data models, driving advanced analytics, and architecting scalable data solutions for AI and machine learning readiness.
- Data Modeling: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data models.
- Analytics Initiatives: Lead complex analytics initiatives including forecasting and customer segmentation.
- Technical Enablement: Partner with data engineering to shape data pipelines and warehouse models.
- Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies in data modeling and AI/ML.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Expertise in data modeling techniques and BI/analytics platforms (Power BI).
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Yardi, Sigma, and/or Cube.
- Experience with Python and AI/ML model lifecycle.
- Familiarity with data governance tools.
