Full-Time Director of Enterprise Architecture

Director of Enterprise Architecture plays a pivotal role in aligning technology with business strategy, ensuring the organization's IT landscape supports its strategic goals.

1. Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives. Lead development of architecture frameworks and roadmaps across domains (business, application, data, technology, security).
2. Governance and Compliance: Establish and chair architecture governance boards, ensuring efficient IT resource use and adherence to standards. Monitor compliance with standards and evaluate performance.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration between IT, business units, and stakeholders, creating integrated solutions. Develop communication plans to articulate the value of enterprise architecture to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical). Provide hands-on support for research, development, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects, guiding solution development, technical evaluations, and project alignment with IT strategies. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles.
• Proven track record in developing architecture strategies, leading IT transformations, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with portfolio management, integration projects, and large-scale system implementations.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership capabilities influencing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, system design, modeling techniques, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical concepts with business stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
