Full-Time Director of Finance (FP&A)

As the Director of FP&A, you will provide executives and investors with the financial information and analysis required to make effective business decisions. Specifically, the reports and recommendations you create will help leadership understand business trends, review past performance, anticipate challenges, and forecast financial results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning all reporting requirements (investor reports, financial leadership reports, bank covenants, and ad-hoc requests).
• Driving a rigorous budget and rolling forecast process.
• Utilizing data to advise management on improving performance, minimizing risk, and capturing opportunities.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Developing systematic reporting to streamline the process.
• Managing and mentoring junior FP&A resources.
• Engaging in special projects (M&A activities, evaluating optional paths, process improvements).

Qualifications and skills include:

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with 2-5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior private equity experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience scaling FP&A functions.
• Expertise in Anaplan and Tableau (preferred).
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Experience in professional services or managed services (a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
