Working closely with the VP of Marketing, VP of Business Ops, and CPO, you’ll own customer acquisition, retention, and engagement whilst also building the Martech foundations for an automated and scalable growth organization.
You’ll leverage your experience in digital performance marketing and CRM to foster and optimize top-line growth alongside long-term value, while ensuring that all our marketing efforts are data-driven, commercially effective, and operationally efficient.

You’ll have 4 main areas of focus in this role:
- Performance Marketing Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Drive customer acquisition across channels (Paid Search, Display, Social, SEO, Affiliates, Influencers), optimizing for scalability and profitability. Own and optimize KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rates, and CPL across all channels. Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, aligning spend with business goals and maximizing cost-efficiency. Drive innovation through A/B testing, new channel exploration, and creative shifts to unlock new acquisition opportunities.
- CRM, Retention & Data Lead strategies to improve retention, engagement, and repeat business through personalized messaging (email, SMS, in-app). Use data to create targeted segmentation & personalization: campaigns that drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Work with data teams to refine strategies and improve key retention metrics like repeat purchase frequency and CLTV. Track and report on metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, and CLTV, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Martech Foundations & Operational Efficiency Develop and optimize the Martech stack to drive automation and operational efficiency. Automate workflows, enhance segmentation, and improve decision-making with data-driven insights. Ensure alignment of the Martech ecosystem with business goals, working with data, product, and operations teams to optimize tools and platforms.
- Crosss-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to unify customer acquisition and retention efforts, using marketing insights to inform sales and product strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and a data-driven culture.
Requirements
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in performance marketing and CRM, with significant experience in digital marketing for high-growth industries and scale-up companies.
People management experience; you will have led globally spread 10+ FTE sized teams
A track record of successfully scaling marketing programs and driving measurable growth in both customer acquisition and retention.
Experience with leading marketing technologies (CRM, email platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards), and a strong ability to drive system integrations and efficiencies across marketing processes.
Deep expertise in analytics, data interpretation, and driving marketing decisions based on performance insights.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead a diverse team of marketing professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies and performance data to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
