Full-Time E-Learning and Content Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• E-Learning Development
  • Conduct training needs assessments and create project plans.
  • Develop multimedia learning materials using tools like Articulate Storyline, Vimeo and Photoshop.
  • Design storyboards for interactive videos, animations, and educational media.
  • Manage and update LMS content to align with software updates and user needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback.
  • Lead occasional training sessions for internal and external audiences.
• Marketing Content Creation
  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, holiday cards, and promotional materials.
  • Produce engaging videos for training and marketing purposes using platforms like Vimeo.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies.
• General Duties
  • Plan and manage projects to meet deadlines while communicating risks effectively.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Support team goals with additional tasks as needed.
