The role: Looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional product and technical support to customers across the US.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting K-12 district partners through the setup and configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for technical onboarding.
  • Collaborating with district technology teams to align implementations with instructional technology goals.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical setup issues.
  • Documenting all actions and information on cases.
  • Running daily live zoom programs for customers.
  • Data management and managing program updates and schedules.
  • Ad hoc tasks such as supporting with landing pages and making modifications to programs.
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience onboarding and implementing Single Sign-On services (Clever, ClassLink, SAML).
  • Experience working with and technically supporting SaaS products.
  • K–12 instructional technology experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
