Full-Time Electrical Engineer/Designer - Smart Safety and Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer/Designer with experience in on-site commissioning and contractor management.
Responsibilities include:

1. Architecting solutions and organizing information using technical background and knowledge.
2. Performing varied electrical design assignments including design, analysis, and testing of electrical control systems and hardware quantification, plus writing technical documentation.
3. Designing and developing electrical control systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components, ensuring safety compliance.
4. Preparing bid documents, scope details, and system design specifications.
5. Conducting risk assessments, procuring materials, and managing logistics.
6. Creating panel fabrication specifications and troubleshooting electrical installations.
7. Overseeing contractor schedules, bid meetings, and on-site walkthroughs to ensure compliance with permits and site requirements.
8. Monitoring subcontractors for safety, quality, and budget adherence during construction and commissioning.
9. Drafting budgets, work plans, and technical documentation for project execution.
10. Performing site surveys, inspections, and risk assessments with detailed reporting.
11. Providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring project deliverables meet client standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automation projects including design, solution delivery, and commissioning.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Proven experience in designing and developing electrical control systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical installations and generating commissioning summaries.
• Skilled in conducting technical surveys, preparing reports, and developing work plans.
• Excellent people skills and strong communication ability.
• Proficient at reading drawings and schematics.
• Flexible with travel, 30-50%.
