AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Department Manager to lead our US Energy Practice team. This role offers remote work options and/or office locations across the United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor electrical engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
- Project Participation: Oversee electrical engineering design work, serving as the Engineer of Record.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to integrate electrical solutions across projects.
- Perform engineering calculations and generate construction deliverables.
- Ensure technical and safety standards are maintained.
- Participate in client meetings and business development activities.
Level-Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical expertise for mid- to large-size projects.
- Lead technical client relationships and business development.
- Provide specialized technical input and approve work.
