Full-Time Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager is integral to bringing automated storage solutions to life.

Core Objectives:

• Guide and control projects during electrical installation and commissioning.
• Oversee project execution.
• Coordinate and maintain project safety.
• Manage subcontractor personnel and their issues.
• Manage project budget and materials.
• Control equipment certifications and ensure quality.
• Monitor and report project delays.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate project variations to the Project Manager.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical installations, ideally in material handling, automation, or robotics.
• Basic knowledge of automation controls and related software.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) preferred, but relevant experience is acceptable.

Practical Requirements:

• Located near a major airport for travel.
• Ability to travel to project sites consistently (US & Canada).
• Occasional weekend/evening work possible, especially during project launch.
• Average 80% travel across the year, with concentrated periods of 2-3 weeks onsite during critical project phases.
• Travel to Romeoville, IL office and possible international travel to our Belgium headquarters (if needed, limited to a maximum of 2 weeks).
• Prioritizes morning work hours for collaboration with European colleagues.
