Full-Time Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager is crucial for bringing our customer's automated storage solutions to life.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide, control, and oversee electrical installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Managers.
• Prepare and adjust technical documents/drawings.
• Supervise project execution and manage subcontractors.
• Support subcontractors with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Conduct safety training and regulatory checks.
• Manage project risks and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly activity planning and reporting.
• Monitor project progress and quality, and identify corrections.
• Adhere to project budget and manage material receiving.
• Control equipment certification and ensure compliance throughout the project.
• Monitor and report delays impacting timelines.
• Take ownership of results and act proactively.
• Ensure up-to-date project documentation.
• Track claims and communicate variations/delays to the Project Manager.

Technical requirements:

• Several years of electrical installation experience, ideally in material handling/automation/robotics.
• Basic knowledge of automation controls.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Practical requirements:

• Residence near a major airport.
• Willingness to travel consistently to project sites in the US and Canada.
• Occasional weekend/evening work might be needed, particularly during go-live phases.
• Average travel percentage of 80% annually.
