Job Details
Overall Purpose of Job: This position offers technical assistance on configuration, setup, networking, security, troubleshooting, and repair of endpoint technologies, including computers, smartphones, printers, email systems, and applications. The role involves documenting solutions and tracking incidents using a ticketing system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced support for end-users onsite and remotely.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and secure endpoint devices and software.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps on endpoint devices.
- Lead training sessions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Document ticket resolutions and collaborate with IT/security teams.
Job Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Safeguard company equipment and meet deadlines.
- Comply with occupational safety and confidentiality regulations.
- Accountable for work quality, compliance, equipment condition, and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant specialty.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows, and Office suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and client management software.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), and SCCM.
- Experience with VPN management and endpoint security solutions.
- Solid experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Intune or similar endpoint management tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
