The System Administrator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Adtalem's Med/Vet enterprise systems ensuring all system administration activities are completed. Scope of work will be varied but will focus on supporting multiple organizations using the applications. The Systems Administrator is a strong analytical thinker who demonstrates teamwork, relationship building, and the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. They thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and are flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about students and the student experience.
The Systems Administrator needs experience across enrollment, supporting three ATGE Medical and Veterinary Institutions. They will define systems and processes for a high-growth enrollment organization. They will juggle competing projects, define and execute roadmaps, and solve complex problems. This person will work closely with enrollment leaders, marketing, finance, HR, talent, legal, and other ATGE business partner teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify improvement opportunities with creativity, drive, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Produce compelling, accurate reports tracking performance, velocity, and enrollment opportunity for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain enrollment scorecards and dashboards for recruitment and enrollment activities.
- Produce reporting deliverables leveraging data visualization and a story-driven approach.
- Analyze data, generate updates, and track activities/KPIs through scorecards and dashboards for each enrollment team and agent.
- Collaborate with enrollment leaders and support initiatives driving new enrollment growth and achieving goals.
- Monitor Bot functionality; create and maintain course equivalency tables.
- Work closely with business teams to understand processes and translate them into application workflows.
- Generate and provide training and training documentation for personnel, faculty, students, and help desk personnel.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer application use, design, and configuration issues.
- Assist with implementation testing and projects.
- Manage the development of knowledge base tools, processes, and workflows.
- Define and create business rules.
- Monitor and report on incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of IT System Administration experience
- 3+ years experience gathering business requirements
- Excellent oral/written communications skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple organizations
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of web-based technologies (Desired)
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 (Adjusted based on job-related factors).
