As an Enterprise Analyst, you’ll support customers in improving their Marketing and Media Planning using the Keen Platform. Working with Account Directors, you'll execute account strategies for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Learn to use all features of the Keen Platform.
- Provide data manipulation and management services.
- Direct data aggregation, cleansing, and uploading.
- Support data source integration with Client Users.
- Review model inputs and outputs to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with Sr Analysts to suggest model improvements.
- Configure and run Optimized Marketing Plans.
- Conduct 1:1 Training with Client Users on the Plans feature.
- Configure Reporting features to support Account Director's story needs.
- Develop initial drafts of stories for Account Directors and/or Clients.
- Attend key meetings (remotely) to inform the Client Narrative.
- Troubleshoot with clients, refine models, and ensure they fit business objectives.
- Monitor model updates and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide feedback to product development.

- Love PowerPoint and creating good decks.
- Love to learn and are a self-starter.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, SaaS Customer Success, or Data Cleansing & Management.
