Role Overview: As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of our customer support team, resolving technical issues for primarily U.S. clients. This role requires strong technical problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of client-server architecture, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting SaaS and on-premise technical issues.
- Analyzing logs, error traces, and databases to diagnose problems.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve bugs.
- Documenting support cases in our CRM.
- Communicating with clients via email and video, acting as their guide.
- Sharing product tips and best practices with clients.
- Participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: 2+ years of application support experience, comfort with relational databases (SQL), and client-server architecture experience.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across time zones and cultures.
- Additional: Experience supporting U.S. clients is a plus.
