As our Enterprise Technology Controls Senior Analyst, you will sit within the Enterprise Technology Controls Team, supporting the Enterprise Technology Controls Manager to maintain and enhance Informa's IT controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Risk and Control Matrices (RaCMs).
- Ensure adherence to IT Group policies and procedures.
- Design controls to mitigate risks.
- Assist with Controls Management System (CMS) implementation.
- Drive remediation of control deficiencies.
- Maintain AuditBoard for ongoing compliance.
- Develop and maintain control documentation.
- Develop testing procedures for key controls.
- Liaise with internal IT teams, 3rd party providers (Mindtree, IBM), and various control teams.
- Seek opportunities for control improvements (automation, new technologies).
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Coach junior analysts.
- Liaise with External Audit partners.
- Seek personal development opportunities.
