Full-Time ERP and IT Support Specialist

At AM PM, we create high-quality bathroom products for modern living. We're seeking a proactive ERP and IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations, support ERP users, and drive automation projects.

Tasks:

• Provide user consultation and training on the ERP system (1C).
• Participate in automation projects.
• Configure and maintain workstations (Windows, Mac) and respond to user requests.
• Set up, configure, and monitor Wi-Fi networks and networking equipment.
• Manage and maintain printers and related hardware.
• Support and maintain servers, ensuring their availability and performance.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) domains and related services.
• Perform backup operations and ensure data recovery readiness.

Technology Stack:

• Intermediate Level: 1C 8.1/8.3, MS SQL 2022
• Junior Level: Active Directory (Windows Server 2022), DNS, DHCP, RemoteApp, Terminal Services, VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, KVM, Ubuntu, Mikrotik, Zabbix

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP systems support, preferably 1C.
• Solid knowledge of server administration and networking concepts.
• Proficient in English and Russian languages
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
