Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect. This is a pivotal role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems aligning with organizational goals. This role involves understanding business processes, technical expertise, and seamlessly integrating systems like JDE, MES & Blue Yonder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating business needs and researching/performing impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
- Gather, analyze, and report data to identify issues/trends/exceptions. Architect business solutions leveraging ERP capabilities.
- Work with Integrations team to develop and maintain integration knowledge.
- Develop deep product understanding for data preparation, analysis, and conversion.
- Align with the Project Management Office to follow common processes, methodology, and framework for implementation.
- Document business processes/system functionality. Develop and maintain the corporate knowledge base for ERP and ancillary applications.
- Support existing manufacturing and shop floor solutions by identifying/resolving issues and documenting/creating opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate with implementation team for early life support, transitioning information for system health and supportability.
- Collaborate with plant teams and product vendors to implement new operations and shop floor solutions aligning with technology strategy.
- Work with business leads and technical teams to define business process solutions to be developed and deployed.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings providing updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Handle error handling processes between ERP and MES, and process automation solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in ERP solutions architecture.
- At least 4 years’ experience on large, transformational initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, escalating and providing solutions to senior leadership while balancing business expectations.
- Proven ability to identify time and cost-efficient approaches, prioritizing efforts that maximize business impact.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, particularly Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
