About your tasks:Provide first and second-level support for ERP systems, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.Manage support tickets in tools like Jira and document workflows in Confluence.Analyze and optimize ERP-related processes, focusing on pharmaceuticals and other key areas of the business.Perform functional testing of ERP systems to ensure enhancements and updates meet business requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to implement system improvements and troubleshoot issues in AX 2009 and D365 environments.Actively participate in team discussions, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments.
About you:Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in ERP support or consulting.Knowledge of ERP systems, with expertise in AX 2009 or D365, will be considered an asset.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Fluent in English and German.
