We're looking for a hands-on ERP Support Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and take responsibility for first and second-level support across multiple ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and D365. Your core responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and resolve technical support issues, primarily surfaced through batch processes and system notifications managed via our shared inbox in Front. This is a great role for someone with a technical background who enjoys structured support work and collaborating with various teams.
About your tasks:
- Handle technical support requests and incidents across AX 2009 and D365
- Monitor and react to batch job errors and alerts via the Front app, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- (Proactive) check of measurement data for interfaces and services
- Investigate functional or configuration-related root causes with internal teams or external partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data flows and integrations operate reliably.
- Perform validation tests on business processes when fixes are applied.
- Maintain clear status tracking of open issues and coordinate progress with responsible teams.
About you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, technical operations, or system administration.
- General understanding or hands-on experience with ERP systems (any platform).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to system reliability.
- Familiarity with message queues, JSON, and XML for analyzing data exchanges and errors.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-driven attitude.
- Fluency in English, German is considered a plus.
