Full-Time F&B Platform Implementation Consultant

Job Description

To support our Infrasys Team, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant to provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include installing, training, and supporting hospitality platform products; providing excellent customer care and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Infrasys is a leading Food & Beverage enterprise solution provider, offering a one-stop hospitality platform with service-oriented architecture combining POS, reservation, membership, and menu on one platform.

• Install Infrasys Cloud and related products on customer site
• Analyze customer needs and configure the system
• Configure the system to meet country-specific legal/fiscal requirements
• Ensure multiple user and service models meet customer operational workflow
• Provide solutions for functional gaps and work with Product Management
• Train staff on software use
• Report project status and proactively achieve goals
• Take customer sites live and provide technical support post-go-live
• Be the technical point of contact for the customer
• Assist Product Management with testing new releases
• Perform Release updates if required
• Support the support organization
• Provide pre-sales support to the regional sales team

Requirements

• Hospitality background or similar experience
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and people skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel property management systems (a plus)
• Fluent in English and German; other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel 60%-90% of the time across Europe & UK
