Full-Time F&B Platform Implementation Consultant

Support Infrasys Team

To support our Infrasys Team, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant, who will provide technical consultancy to our hospitality customers in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include installing, training and supporting our hospitality platform products, providing excellent customer care and maintaining healthy relationships with current and future customers. Infrasys provides a one-stop hospitality platform with service-oriented architecture, combining POS, reservation, membership, and menu on one platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Infrasys Cloud and related products on customer site
• Analyze customer needs and configure the system
• Configure the system to meet country-specific legal and fiscal requirements
• Ensure user and service models meet customer operational workflows
• Provide solutions for functional gaps and work with Product Management
• Train staff on software use
• Report project status and act proactively
• Take customer site live and provide technical support
• Be the technical point of contact for the customer
• Assist Product Management in testing new releases
• Perform release updates if required
• Support the support organization
• Provide pre-sales support to the regional sales team

Requirements:

• Hospitality background or similar experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel property management systems (a plus)
• Professional work ethic
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel 60-90% of the time across Europe & UK
