Job Details
General Responsibility
Commission, modify, troubleshoot, and support related equipment at customers’ location. Ensure highest quality of work.
Must be able and willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Commissioning of automated controls for supplied or modified equipment in a timely and professional manner.
- Design and execute on-site acceptance test procedures with Project Manager and customer.
- Create and/or review technical documentation for accuracy with Project Manager.
- Provide technical interface between customer and Project Manager.
- Remote technical support of customers.
- Interpret circuit diagrams and layout drawings for installation/troubleshooting.
- Write and troubleshoot Ladder and STL PLC programs.
- Interface with BEUMER IT team.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with customers.
- Communicate commissioning/troubleshooting activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- 5-7 years Electro/Mechanical experience
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot Electro-Mechanical Systems
- Siemens S7 Ladder and STL programs
- Allen Bradley
